CapSouth invests capital to generate return via operating companies, private equity, investment funds, or indirect real estate opportunities.



Private Equity Investment


Retail Real Estate Fund
In August of 2016 and again in August of 2017, CapSouth invested in a fund that specializes in the acquisition, ownership, and management of quality, unanchored neighborhood centers through the southeastern United States. The fund is the latest in a series of funds that have historically generated dependable and predictable cash flows for investors as well as gains from enhanced performance of the underlying assets. 

Value-add Real Estate Fund
In March of 2017, CapSouth invested in a value-add real estate fund that strategically focuses on office, hospitality, and flex industrial properties throughout the Southeast. This fund provides CapSouth with the unique opportunity to invest alongside large institutional investors. This fund complements the retail investment fund and increases diversification among classes of real estate.

Medical Real Estate Fund
In August of 2017, CapSouth invested in a real estate fund that specifically focuses on medical properties. The fund owns 17 properties located in 10 states. Investment in this fund further diversifies the CapSouth portfolio both geographically and by property type.
